- Photos on EarthPhotos.com are arranged into Galleries by topics, like "landscapes" or "food." The newest category is Mountain Gorillas.
- Photos are also categorized by country in the Countries gallery, and there are now 94 countries and territories listed (five countries are lumped together as former Yugoslavia. We'll break 'em out one of these days).
- Rate photos with the "Thumbs Up" and "Thumbs Down" icons that appear when you mouse over an individual photo. Photos with the most votes appear in the Most Popular gallery.
- This link will take you to a list of all the searchable keywords on the site, and their relative size shows how frequently they're tagged to photos. If you click one of the keywords listed it'll take you to all the pertinent photos.
We spent most of last August on the road taking pictures, and the results are now all across EarthPhotos.com. The highlight was two days of mountain gorilla trekking in the Parc National des Volcans, in Rwanda.
We also shot in Scandinavia, Ethiopia, Uganda and Rwanda, before a few last days at the beach in Muscat, Oman. There are new Ethiopia, Oman, Uganda and Sweden, Rwanda and U.A.E. galleries.

There are lots of ways to explore EarthPhotos.com. Our web host is SmugMug, and the default viewing style for photos is theirs. You can also see all photos in a gallery as thumbnails, view a slideshow or experiment with four other styles. In each gallery, including every country gallery, you'll see a box that looks like this:
Check out all seven viewing styles. Play with them a while and see which you like best.
We're deep into planning for our two long trips this year. In July/August we'll head for Emei Shan, or Mount Emei, in Sichuan province China, for a total solar eclipse. We'll head west from there to the legendary weekend market at Kashgar, then cross into Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
In December we'll sail from Walvis Bay, Namibia, up the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, calling at St. Helena and Ascension.
Pick a few of your favorite photos, and have professional matte, glossy, lustre or metallic prints rushed to your door.
